FP Development
- Create site specific RFP documentation
- Prequalify EPC contractors
- Manage the bidding process on Owners behalf
- Shortlisting and proposal scoping
- Compile final bid submissions and make recommendations
Safe Harbor PTC Turbine Inspections
- Create turbine specific inspection forms based on TSA storage agreement exhibits
- Travel to storage location and inspect turbine components documenting serial numbers, maintenance records, overall cleanliness and noting any damage to components
- Provide photo and GPS documentation of the above inspections
On-Site management team to oversee the BOP/EPC contractor on the Owners behalf
- Responsible for day to day management of the site
- Answer RFI questions
- Approve invoices and review monthly loan draws
- Ensure project is compliant with state and local agreements
- Liaison to project landowners
- Manage change orders
- Provide monthly status reports to the project Owner
- Ensure the project stays on schedule and within budget
- Provide QA/QC inspections for all scopes of work
- Reconcile change orders and submit final completion certificates
- Close out project permits
- Assemble final budgets and reserve accounts
- Attend project turnover meeting with operation team
